By requesting or accepting services from Colorado Repair Works, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined on the publicly accessible website, www.coloradorepairworks.com. These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Colorado Repair Works and constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and Colorado Repair Works. It is the client's responsibility to review and understand these terms and conditions before requesting or accepting services. If the client does not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, the client should not proceed with the request or acceptance of services from Colorado Repair Works. 

The company offers free phone consultations with a factory trained and authorized technician at the availability of said technicians only during normal business hours. These consultations are limited to 15 minutes and are not intended to provide diagnostic specifics. Diagnostics are available upon request. Diagnostics must be performed on-site and incur any and all standard dispatch/diagnostic fees.

Fees incurred by requesting a site visit and/or diagnostic review are waived in full with all repairs approved at the time of diagnostic service. The cost of repair will be presented to the customer in itemized format upon completion of an on-site diagnostic review. Any fee incurred by requesting a site visit and/or diagnostic review without an associated approved repair at the time of diagnostic review are not refundable, do not apply toward the cost of any future repairs. The dispatch/diagnostic fee applies to a single appliance concern. Discounted diagnostics are available upon request for additional appliances/concerns diagnosed in the same site visit limited to technician availability. To ensure that an appointment is allotted appropriate time for multiple appliances when needed, it is recommended to make any additional appliance concerns known at the time of creating an appointment.

All invoices, including but not limited to diagnostic review and repair services, are due upon receipt unless other arrangements have been approved by Colorado Repair Works. Such approvals remain on file with Colorado Repair Works for 12 months once established and need to be re-evaluated after a 12 month expiratory period. Colorado Repair Works guarantees all repairs for a period of 30 days. During this period, no additional labor charges will be applied if the same problem reoccurs, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of the completed work order. If additional parts are required to address the same issue within the 30-day guarantee period, the client is responsible for the cost of the parts. However, no additional dispatch, diagnostic or labor charges will be incurred. For issues unrelated to the initial repair as determined by the diagnosing technician, both parts and labor costs are the client's responsibility. Such repairs are only performed upon client approval of an associated itemized estimate.

While Colorado Repair Works technicians are trained to ensure that expert care is always exhibited in your home and with your appliances, Colorado Repair Works is not responsible for any damages caused by the technician or the appliance, including but not limited to water damage, fire, or damage to clothes. If an appliance is determined to be unsafe to operate, a Colorado Repair Works technician will inform the client of the unsafe condition and document the recommendation to stop any use of the appliance until a repair is performed and the appliance is determined to be safe by a Colorado Repair Works technician. Colorado Repair Works is not responsible for any damages or injury resulting from the use of an appliance that has been determined unsafe to operate.

Colorado Repair Works reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if deemed necessary at the discretion of Colorado Repair Works, it's employees, or any of it's authorized representatives.
