Our $125 service call fee is waived with all approved repairs. Once we diagnose the issue, we provide an itemized repair estimate. In most cases, the service call fee isn’t charged—98% of estimates are approved on the spot, and we start repairs right away. We focus on value, reliability, and transparency, which we believe is why our estimates are rarely declined. 

We aim to provide same-day or next day service and work extended hours during busy times to help meet that goal for every customer. We offer priority service as needed for urgent issues like a refrigerator not cooling.

Yes! We are partnered with many reputable extended warranty providers to perform warranty covered repairs. To open a warranty claim, please contact your warranty provider directly as Colorado Repair Works cannot open a claim on your behalf. Once connected with your warranty provider, please feel free to request Colorado Repair Works as your preferred service provider! We look forward to helping with your warranty covered needs.

Yes, all our repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor. 

Usually, yes! Most calls received by 2pm are serviced the same day. For calls received later, we aim to provide next day service. We work extended hours when we get busy to help meet this goal for every customer.

Definitely. We’re familiar with LG’s compressor issues and use the latest parts with state-of-the-art equipment and LG’s official repair processes to make sure repairs last. We always have compressors in stock and look forward to repairing your LG refrigerator in only 2-3 hours.

Yes, we are experienced with both gas and electric appliances and use state-of-the-art equipment to measure diagnostic data like voltage, resistance, gas pressure, and air flow.
