While exact pricing cannot be determined until a diagnosis has been performed, we strive to keep our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable. Our dispatch/diagnostic fee is $125 for standard residential appliances and $150 for commercial grade appliances. This includes a diagnostic inspection and an itemized report detailing diagnostic findings and our proposed repair plan which remains valid for 30 days from the date of diagnostic. The dispatch/diagnostic fee is due at the time of service and is non refundable. Yes! We are partnered with many reputable extended warranty providers to perform warranty covered repairs. To open a warranty claim, please contact your warranty provider directly as Colorado Repair Works cannot open a claim on your behalf. Once connected with your warranty provider, please feel free to request Colorado Repair Works as your preferred service provider! We look forward to helping with your warranty covered needs.

We offer factory certified repair on most major brands of residential appliances including refrigerators/freezers, range/ cooktop, wall ovens, microwaves, clothe washers and dryers, and dishwashers. Please call (720) 593-0190 for brand specific coverage/questions.

We strive to provide same day completed repairs when possible by analyzing historical part order data and preemptively stocking commonly used items; however,  many parts will need to be sourced locally at one of our three area distributors. When parts are available locally, same day service can still be offered. Occasionally, less common parts will need to be special ordered from their manufacturer. This process typically takes 3-5 business days and Colorado Repair Works is committed to keeping you informed on your order status during these delays.
