The most common call we get on cooktops and ranges are burner related. Burners that won't light, burners that won't turn off- these problems usually relate to Ignition or gas flow issues on gas models, and thermal safety components or faulty switches on electric models. 

 For Bake and Convection Bake modes, we often find units not heating to the correct temperature. Underheating is usually related to an electric element or a gas regulator while overheating typically points toward a fuse or relay issue. We perform a comprehensive diagnostic on all service calls to ensure the root cause is found and corrected for a lasting repair.

   If the igniter isn’t sparking, it could be a problem with the ignition system, like a faulty igniter or valve. Gas cooktops should always light with no hassle, so we’ll fix that up for you.
